All users of this application agree that access to and use of this application is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use AllChops application.
Disclaimer: You understand that it is your responsibility to use each module of AllChops for the sole purpose it was design for. No financial transaction (purchase) is processed by AllChops. All financial transactions (purchases) are done by third party. Transactions are not processed on our servers. Greinchville Solutions LLC takes no responsibility, financially or otherwise, for transactions conducted by third party. User is fully responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information they upload or input into AllChops.
AllChops is a family friendly application and we DO NOT accept or allow the following types of transactions into our application: Gambling, Adult Content (porn, soft porn, sites with adult ads), Illegal Pharmaceuticals and Drugs, Hate, Link Farms or Spam or acts deemed illegal by user’s local laws. If you encourage, buy, sell or engage in any of these products or practice utilizing our application and we find out, we will cancel your membership without hesitation and, depending on the gravity of the offense, may refer the case to law enforcement. We do not need to explain our decision or reasons if we reject or cancel any membership. You agree to be held accountable for your actions and posts.
Trademarks All trademarks, service marks and trade names of AllChops used in the application are trademarks or registered trademarks of Greinchville Solutions LLC.
Warranty Disclaimer This application and the materials and products on this application are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Greinchville Solutions LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Greinchville Solutions LLC does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this application or the server that makes the application available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Greinchville Solutions LLC does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this application in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability Greinchville Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services and products offered on this application or the performance of its services and products.
Termination or Modification of Terms These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your utilizing the application in any way and/or completing the registration process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated or modified by Greinchville Solutions LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination.
Notice AllChops may deliver notice to you by means of an e-mail, in-application notification, a general notice on the application, or by another reliable method based on the contact information you have provided to AllChops.
Use of Application Harassment in any manner or form on the application, including via video, image, comment, private message, or by use of obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including Greinchville Solutions LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the application is prohibited. You may not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through the application any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the application or use the application to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Password and Security All registered users of AllChops create an account, a user ID, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, user ID, and password. You understand and agree that your account, user ID, and password are not transferrable, and you understand and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for all actions and posts made to your account.
Participation Disclaimer Greinchville Solutions LLC does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the application or utilizing the application and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the application, AllChops is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the application. However, Greinchville Solutions LLC reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) adult content of any kind, (b) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (c) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (d) in violation of a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of another, or (e) offensive or otherwise unacceptable at its sole discretion.
Privacy Greinchville Solutions LLC takes the privacy of our AllChops users seriously and of utmost importance. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greinchville Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the AllChops application using your AllChops application account.
Acts Against Our Services Greinchville Solutions LLC gives the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access and use our AllChops Services solely for his/her personal or business use in the manner permitted by these Terms. Violations of our system or our network security may result in civil or criminal liability. User shall not engage in or attempt to engage in potentially harmful acts that are directed against our Services. The harmful acts include but not limited to any one or more of the following:
- Emulating or faking usage of the Services.
- Causing, allowing, or assisting any other person to impersonate you, or sharing your password or login with any other person.
- Logging onto an account that you are not authorized to access, forging user names, manipulating identifiers, or otherwise impersonating any other person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
- Using manual or automated software, devices, scripts, robots, or other means or processes to access, “scrape,” “crawl,” or “spider” the content of our site and/or application or introducing viruses, worms, software, Trojan horses, or other similar harmful code into our Services, or interfering or attempting to interfere with the use of our Services by any other user, host, or network, including without limitation by means of submitting a virus, overloading, “flooding,” “spamming,” “mail bombing,” “pinging,” or “crashing” our Services.
- Reselling or repurposing your access to the Services or any purchases made through the Services.
- Causing, allowing or assisting machines, bots, or automated services to access or use our Services without the express written permission of Greinchville Solutions LLC.
- Tampering in any way with the operation, functionality, or the security of our Services.
- Attempting to override or circumvent any security or usage rules embedded into our Services that permit digital materials to be protected.
- Engaging in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of our Services.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Services, or any associated system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures.
- Harvesting or collecting email addresses or other contact information of other users or clients from our Services by electronic or other means.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code for any underlying intellectual property used to provide our Services.
- Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.
- Hyperlinking to the Services from any other website without the written consent of Greinchville Solutions LLC.
- Deep-linking to any portion of our Services without our express written permission.
- Misusing, tricking, disrupting, or otherwise interfering with the functioning of our Services.
- Acting illegally or maliciously against the business interests or reputation of Greinchville Solutions LLC, AllChops or the Merchants promoted via our Services.
- Using our Services or any of its contents to advertise or solicit, for any other commercial, political or religious purpose, or to compete, directly or indirectly with AllChops.
- Using the Services or any of its resources to solicit other users of the Services, Merchants or other business partners of Greinchville Solutions LLC to become users or partners of other online or offline services directly or indirectly competitive or potentially competitive with AllChops, including without limitation, aggregating current or previously offered coupons or deals.
- Violating or attempting to violate any security features of the Services.
Third-Party Links In an attempt to provide increased value to our users. AllChops allows users and advertisers to provide links to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Greinchville Solutions LLC, Greinchville Solutions LLC has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of AllChops. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore are provided for you to access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Greinchville Solutions LLC seeks to protect the integrity of its mobile application and web application, and the links placed upon them and therefore requests any feedback on not only our application, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work). All financial transactions (purchases) are done on third party sites. Greinchville Solutions LLC takes no responsibility, financially or otherwise, for transactions conducted on third party sites.
Intellectual Property Ownership You acknowledge and agree that all right, title and interest in the Services, including technology and trade secrets embodied therein and any custom developments created or provided in connection with or related to these Terms, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trade dress and other proprietary rights, and any derivative works thereof, shall belong solely and exclusively to Greinchville Solutions LLC or its licensors, and you shall have no rights whatsoever to the intellectual property of AllChops. Furthermore, Greinchville Solutions LLC is not responsible for Intellectual Property ownership of contents posted by its users. Flags raised on any post regarding IP violation will result in blocking such post from public view and consequently deletion if investigated and deemed to truly be in violation. User must ensure each of their posts is aligned with Intellectual Property laws of the countries they reside as well as international Intellectual Property laws where applicable.
Political or social issues advertisement AllChops is designed to be family friendly for all individuals of all ages and background regardless of pollical, religious or social bias. AllChops platform must not be used to promote political, religious or social views of any individual or organization. Doing so, will constitute a violation AllChops terms and conditions and may result in account closure.
Payment Policy For all paid classes and trainings, AllChops will serve as an intermediary for all payments made. There shall be a holding period of two (2) weeks for all payments made. The holding is to ensure that all request for issues by the payer is resolved. All payments will be reimbursed to class or training instructors after two (2) weeks from initial payment. Greinchville Solutions LLC reserves the right to withhold reimbursement of funds to the class or training instructor beyond the two (2) weeks holding period. All payments are final. Final reimbursements to class or training instructor shall be the resulting amount after PayPal transfer fees (this is subject to prevailing fees in the country claimed by instructor) and AllChops platform fee. All fees are subject to change without prior notice. All changes in AllChops platform fee and PayPal processing fee will apply to new purchase as of time of fee changes. This will apply to both new and existing class videos.
Advertisements By using AllChops, user agrees that advertisements on banners and All class videos is non-optional to user and that Greinchville Solutions LLC reserves the absolute right to show ANY Third-Party advertisement on banners and All class videos without any responsibility to make payment to the instructor or owner of the class videos on which they occur. However, for any user who opts to show advertisements on his/her posts (not class videos), Greinchville Solutions LLC shall reimburse such user a percentage of proceeds for views and clicks derived from advertisement on his/her posts. Greinchville Solutions LLC shall provide a functionality for user to opt out of showing advertisement of his/her post, and user reserves the right to end such advertisement from being shown on his/her posts. Greinchville Solutions LLC reserves the right to determine the qualification for any user to opt-in for advertisement to be shown on his/her posts. The definition of View on AllChops is such that at least 10% of the advertisement banner or video shall be in view of a user. The definition of Click on AllChops is such a complete process of selecting an advertisement banner or video that results in user being redirected fully or partially from AllChops application to a Third-Party website.
Boost There shall be no refund for any boosting of any advertisement, post, class or training video. Greinchville Solutions LLC reserves the right to change the unit cost of boosting without prior notice and such change will apply to both existing and new boosts at the time of boost unit cost change. Greinchville Solutions LLC reserves right to use algorithm to boost posts within the constraints selected by user
Eating Disorder Greinchville Solutions LLC is not liable for eating disorder resulting from use of AllChops. Users are on AllChops platform at own discretion. Users are strongly advised to visit https://www.nationaleatingdisorders.org/warning-signs-and-symptoms and https://www.webmd.com/mental-health/eating-disorders/signs-of-eating-disorders#1 to review signs and symptoms of eating disorder. Users with eating disorder are strongly advised not to use AllChops and contact the following for support https://www.nationaleatingdisorders.org/help-support/contact-helpline or any such support facility in their home country.
Guidance on Social Media and Internet Use User is wholly and fully responsible for his/her activities on AllChops platform. User may refer to https://internetsafety101.org and other similar websites of choice for guidance on internet safety and responsible use of social media.
Miscellaneous Your use of this application shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America., without regard to choice of law provisions and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over any venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this application (including but not limited to the purchase of AllChops’ products or services) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Texas. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the application must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. AllChops’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practices shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Greinchville Solutions LLC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to the user.
